PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Acts in accordance with the rules and practices of the health institutions and organizations he/she applies to and acts with the awareness that he/she is a part of the diagnosis and treatment team with a participatory approach.
2. Provides his/her complaints, previous illnesses, treatments and medical interventions, current medications, if any, and information about his/her health as completely and accurately as possible.
3. Comes for check-ups at the times determined by the physician and provides feedback on the progress of his/her treatment.
4. Complies with appointment dates and times and reports any changes to the relevant authority.
5. Respects the rights of patients who are given priority according to the relevant legislation, as well as the rights of other patients and personnel.
6. Does not engage in verbal or physical aggression towards personnel.
7. Applies to the patient rights unit when he/she thinks his/her rights are violated or when he/she has a problem.
