WEB AND SOCIAL MEDIA
1. Management of the 2-language (Turkish, English) corporate web page
2. Uploading and updating the names and titles of the Chief Physician, Hospital Management staff
3. Uploading and updating the titles, CVs and passport photos of our doctors (upon request)
4. Uploading and updating the translations made in 2 languages by the International Patient Unit Translators to the web page
5. Uploading and updating current news and announcements to the web and social media platforms
6. Uploading the monthly doctor work lists published on the internet to the web page
7. Creating, sharing and keeping up-to-date the news and current content to be published on the social media platforms of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.
Note: In order for corporate web page information updates, headline news and social media posts to be made, they are published after they are first compliant with the legislation, then approved by our unit, and finally submitted to the Muğla Provincial Health Directorate and approved.


PRESS AND PUBLICATION
1. To plan and ensure that all activities related to media, communication and promotion of our hospital are carried out in coordination with the Provincial Health Directorate to which it is affiliated,
2. To provide consultancy to health facility managers on communication, promotion and media relations,
3. To monitor news, comments and criticisms related to the health facility in the media (written, visual, audio and internet), to follow and coordinate the communication process,
4. To carry out photography, camera shooting, editing and editing processes in events and organizations upon the request of our hospital units,
5. To ensure that requests for expert opinions, special interviews, information, news and shooting requested by the media in official letters are met with the permission of the authorities,
6. To coordinate and manage the process of all kinds of camera and photo shooting and news production to be carried out with the permission of the authorities, including inside and outside the hospital, in case of information,
7. To carry out coordinated studies with the relevant units of national and international institutions and organizations regarding the best institutional promotion of our hospital.
