Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit; It has been providing service as Level 1 Intensive Care with 4 incubators, 1 radiant heated bed, 1 transport incubator capacity and 5 nurses since 2006. In 2019, it was entitled to receive the title of "BABY-FRIENDLY NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE".
Our Neonatal Intensive Care unit accepts babies born at 35 weeks and above who are physiologically stable, require diagnosis, treatment, nutrition and care services; 0-28 days old babies who do not require support treatment other than oxygen. There is 1 Transport incubator for the transfer of babies over 35 weeks who need medical treatment and those born under 35 weeks to the appropriate center. In addition, our unit provides service with 1 Ventilator, 1 transport ventilator and 5 Phototherapy Devices.
Our Neonatal Intensive Care unit, located on the 1st floor of the main building, has a mother's breastfeeding room, a doctor-family information area, and a Mother Hotel and a mother's adaptation room on the same floor, which have features that will allow mothers to rest. In our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, uninterrupted service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the follow-up and treatment of babies.
